If you’re a collector who really likes to beef up your eraser collection cheaply, then this post is for you! I will admit, although I love erasers of all kinds, I do this from time to time even if the actual erasers aren’t the greatest. The main place I like to visit weekly to do this is called Five Below, and the store is basically a nicer dollar store with everything costing $5 and below. Most times you will find decent erasers with some often beat-up packaging (do their employees hulk-smash the erasers before putting them out on display?) and sometimes you get lucky and find erasers that are cool even if they weren’t as cheap as one dollar, like the bacon and egg set I recently found. While they do offer erasers on their website if you don’t have a store close to you, it’s best to pay their physical store a visit since they typically don’t list too many on their site… for some strange reason. If you are fortunate enough to have a Five Below close to your home, be sure to dig through every pile of erasers so that you find the least destroyed packaging. I do this every time I go, and so far, most of my Five Below erasers don’t look too bad! Plus, they seem to get new erasers at least every 2 weeks! Now I will leave you with this gallery of pretty cool cheap erasers I’ve scored.
